Carole Sobell worked for us as a consultant in May 2014. This involved the analysis of the current business working structure, shift patterns and inventory control. She implemented staff training, new menus and thus doubled margins. Carole's work also included the application of health and safety legislation, streamlining of staff and new staff recruitment. We have been able to improve standards, client satisfaction and turnover. She was well respected and liked by staff and customers alike.
