Carole, the latest in a long line of the Sobell dynasty which pre-dates the 1920’s, has achieved a much coveted status as an impresario, mastering the art of turning imagination into reality, whether it is for an intimate dinner, function or a banquet attended by thousands of guests.

Carole has worked for members of the Royal Family, President Clinton, Prime Ministers and other International Politicians, FTSE 100 quoted companies, prestigious families and many celebrities in the UK and abroad. She has an attention to detail which is second to none and the envy of competitors.

In 2005 Carole was diagnosed with breast cancer. Through her fortitude and dedication she refused to let this disease beat her or affect her business. She concentrated on the importance of a balanced diet and the right nutritional foods together with a fitness regime which were integral to her recovery. Carole advocates that eating sensibly and exercising regularly helps develop a healthy mind and body which can either prevent or help recover from illnesses.​ In support of her oncologist, Dr Maurice Slevin, she organised “The Crystal Ball” for Cancer Backup which raised £250,000.

Carole has made many appearances on television and radio. She has also been featured and regularly mentioned in National Newspapers and Magazines. It is Carole’s love of food which best sums up her passion which is celebrated through an acclaimed cookery book sold worldwide.
